Return Policy

·         Return Policy within 14 Days of Purchase: The consumer has the right to exchange or return the product and receive a refund within fourteen days of receiving it, without providing any reasons and without incurring any expenses, provided that the product is in the same condition it was delivered.

 

·         These items are eligible for return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery if the seal on the item packaging has not been broken. In the unlikely event a damaged, defective, or different item is delivered to you must send us an image of the item to avail of a free replacement.

 

·         In the case there is a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact the manufacturer's customer service and present a verified report that it is in fact a manufacturing defect.

 

·         For a successful return process customers must keep the item in its original condition, with brand packaging/plastic unopened, brand/price tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

 

·         For defects identified outside the 14-day return period, you can also avail the manufacturer warranty as communicated on the product details page.

 

·         installation must be through the manufacturer, if the product is installed independently by the customer the warranty is deemed invalid.

 

·         The consumer is not entitled to exchange or return in the following cases: If the product is not in the same condition, it was at the time of sale or delivery due to reasons attributable to the consumer.
